Hello:
I have those references as well, but I requested for pics for the sections we don't know much about, like the ship's belly and aft section.

It would be awesome to have a full orthos image of that amazing ship. But at least we have specs like the size, crew compliment and that it has 100 Viper launch tubes per flight pod .

Yeah she is huge, she is a true flagship having that large size. The good thing about FO too, is I can put in passives like the ADAI to simulate her AI computer she has onboard.

Hello:
That will be interesting to see, but I cannot be of much help as I haven't done any modding to FO yet. but I do know amazing things can be done with it.

It makes me wonder, if it is possible to modify the behavior of individual ships or group of ships... for some reason I started thinking on the Leviathans. Like to have children to stay close to their mothers and to not wander around the map.

I haven't dug much into the FO coding, I have done some basic stuff like fighters and warp-ins, but the latter has changed since I have last worked on it. I am in fact waiting for the next patch that is rumoured to include the mod support before I venture much into it.

I plan my BSG mod to be a small mod, with mainly only ships, very few stations in-fact.

However to answer your question, I don't think the pathing has been changed much from A2 so I don't think that would be possible, however people like Dom and Adm_Z would know more than I.

Hello:
They might know a lot, I will ask Apoclaydon/Blade too and see what he thinks if it is possible.

As for an update, here is a little example on how Valkyrie's button will look like. What do you all think?

Thank you very much :).

Nice BB Chile.

Thank you, your idea of how to make hat "aura" effect and Apoclaydon's help to make that effect made my button to look that way and I really liked the result.

Awesome BB Chile, fits the BSG theme perfectly

Thank you, and I got some help so I can now make build buttons for Cylon ships too, following a very similar same theme :naughty:.

Hello:
I hope it is ok to make a necroposting since I made this topic, hehehe.

As I have mentioned in another topic, I would not post here until I feel ready to show something that can be released, so I will not show anything extra to avoid the problems I had last time. But I think it is time to show something I have completed not long ago and that can be released this weekend.

As I took a rest from BSG for real-life and other things I have decided to try a ship from another serie, so here is my version of the Glorious Heritage Class, from the serie Andromeda.

The pack will include custom weapons (with sounds), a new Nova Bomb model (specially a new texture) and the two color variations for the Glorious Heritage so, besides the Andromeda Ascendant there will be the Pax Magellanic and the Crimson Sunrise.

So, what do you all think?

Thank you, I think that this weekend it should be released or ready for a release, as the Nova Bomb feature is still very basic... but it will still make a big boom :) . And I am also retouching the weaponries' differences between the three variants.

Thank you too :) , I was just not ready to show anything as I was not aiming to make any releases... and there are still a bunch of models that need the hardpoiting, hehehe, but maybe those will be released too (eventually).

Very impressive . I tried building one a while back... it didn't go well (it's not often I admit defeat!). So good job, can't wait to see her released.

Thank you very much :) , I hope you'll also like the color variations (also canon, hehehe).

I can totally understand you, the design is veeery tricky to get right. I hope I can release the models tonight as I am still deciding some things (mainly ODF stuff).

Awesome! I need to watch that series again... Great work man!

And thank you, I must also try to see the serie, because due to the schedules I was never able to properly see it >.< .

Here I include two more pics, here you'll see the three versions of the Glorious Heritage class I made. I hope you'll like them :) .

Hello:
Yes, In fact I have another model done, just needs hardpoints, odfs, buildbutton and wireframe  >.< . But since real-life will make me busy this week, I might not release until a bit later. But yes, more High Guard ships will be done :) .

Beautiful work Chiletrek.

And thank you Majestic :excited: .

Yep, those are the other two :) . I haven't seen any models of the Crimson Sunrise, so maybe I am the first? . I hopw it will be good enough because the episode was very dark and very hard to get a color.

But since I am only releasing the ships they will have basic costs. But all three will have some minor differences in system hitpoints and weaponry :naughty: .

Hello:
And thank you for your comment Blade!.
---
Soon I might post some pics of the Siege Perilous, even though it is still not ready for ingame... But it should still be cool to show them too (them, as I made all versions too  ).

Hello:
And thanks Blade!

I am still very busy with final exams, so no joy with any new releases, so maybe this weekend I can truly start modding again  .

Hello:
Well, I admit I never posted anything about the Siege Perilous class before sending it for upload, so that might have been more of a surprise than the pack with Rommie.

But I am taking a rest from Andromeda for now and started a new project. As you all know, I am mostly working on BSG and Species8472, but that I also make some incursions in other franchises, so it is now the turn for Stargate. Since some time ago I began loving the music and the concepts behind Stargate: Universe, because since I was a kid that I always tried to imagine how would it be to go to other galaxies far away in the universe, and that serie allowed me to revive that, so it was only fair to me to make my own Ancient extragalactic exploratory vessel: Destiny.

So here are some pics of my model, any questions and comments are greatly appreciated.
