• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

They always have been people that use / abuse the rank.. Am I excusing it No! by on means, but rank is earned. As much as it sucks more than likely that Staff Sergeant has earn his dues. As you are earning it now my friend take heart in that friend Frog.

Could be far worse than it is. In '90 they had no facilities at all in Dharhan, Saudi Arabia for us. So we all bunked in an open warehouse at the port. 800+ people and six portajohns.

They forgot to turn on the right to play the games. Just like when I post in the Staff area it says it requires approval from a staff member. It is just until I return.

I should get the care package soon. Plus one of the SGM here is trading me alot of files. By the end of tomorrow I will have all the Star Trek series besides DS9 and I will also have space above and beyond....

But I will give it until next Monday if it's not there first thing after PT I will wage war on the US post office, at any rate I had the foresight to insured for over $500 bucks which was ruffly what I had put into it.

I just wanted to thank everyone for thier thoughts and prayers. I swear if it was not for them that many bad things would have already happened....the moral of my unit is almost nothing bc of all this.

I am sure Hellkite is looking into the mail issue Frog. On that note, when we get a bit of money in we plan on sending you something ourselves, it isn't much but when we saw it we knew it was you. You'll no doubt get a bit of a laugh or at the minimum a chuckle or a smile from it. :)

I was going to surprise my family with my R&R on my son's bday in Dec but that got ruined by the fact my CO sent out a thank you letter to all the families. She talked about the 2 weeks off for every soldier in it..... Now the only 2 that don't know I am coming is my kids...

Well, took a pt test this morning and passed it. So, maybe now I will have some leverage to get them to stop treating me like a 5 year old...... Definate maybe....

We can always hope mate, it's great to see you can still pop in on a fairly regular basis it brightens my day considering I think I am coming down ill.

I hope things are going well with you over there, aside from being treated like a 5 year old. Let's hope that changes very soon. :)

I have decided that I am changing my MOS(Job) as soon as possible when I return. Any ideas?

Only one MOS as far I am concerned - 19 Kilo, lol. Kidding aside, maybe something in aviation? Lots of civilian life applications. Or some type of trade, such as heavy equipment operator.
