Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.
Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.
We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.
Should be a free permanent addition to your game library, I think. I already owned a copy, though, so I'm not entirely certain. This is probably a dumb question, but is it free for a trial time or if I download it now for free then I have it forever and it won't be deactivated in game once the time passes?
Sometimes they do a thing where it's only given away as a free trial and is removed from your library when the promotion is over, though.I still have other games I have gotten for free on Steam. Once you claim it and add it to your library, It is yours on any PC you log into Steam from.
My laptop isn't high end but is able to run it. Perhaps look into a cheap laptop so you can play it.Sigh, if only my computer could run Sins. Oh well.

Might as well give it a try. My aging CPU manages to run stuff that the minimum system requirements say need a much newer and beefier processor. Even if it doesn't run, you can keep it in your library and install it later.Sigh, if only my computer could run Sins. Oh well.
It's required for the Fallout 4 and Skyrim SE Creation Kits. And I think a card game of some sort?Didn't know Bethesda had their own launcher.
This offer has been extended to March 31 due to technical issues. If you missed it or were having trouble on the 26th, you have until the end of the month to try again. The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - Game of the Year Edition (includes all expansions and minor DLC) is currently free on the Bethesda site! This give-away does require the Bethesda Launcher, if you don't have that already.
Edit: Now that I think about it, the minor DLC may not be included. They were all made free a while ago, though, and can be downloaded here.
