I like the new nacelles. I'm not sure about the main hull, I think it is to wide.
The pulsedrives are on the nacellepylons, I think they could be better placed on the main hull. It seems to me that 2 propulsion systems so close to one another is a great risk in case of damage.
Two (contradicting) thoughts on this matter. Firstly, you want to keep concentrated impulse wake as far from the hangers as possible. Wakes mean turbulance which is the last thing you want on finals after a long hard days flying. Secondly, implanting impulse drives in the hull means less internal volume for other stuff (hence the secondary pods on my Intrepid refit - not that I'm suggesting you do this here). That said, its a big ship.
Regarding the main hull, I'm not sure that it's too wide, I think its the fact it tapers back too much with the secondary hull. Make the secondary hull a bit wider and the proportions may fell a little better.
Another thing I would suggest, if you're interested, is instead of just a small indentation on the corner parts, turn them into smooth curves, both where the sides of the main section meet the nose and where the sides meet the rear. I think it will give it a bit more flow.
It's a shame because I think the angled primary hull adds character. But... I think the issue isn't that its angled, its that you are using a mix of styles on the same hull. If you look at a side view you see a nicely curved secondary hull and (now) curved nacelles, which is a big contrast with the angled primary hull. I'm really not sure what you can do to resolve this without a radical rework - the blending dvatreknerd suggested may work, but I suspect it'll be harder, and less effective, than you think. But there's only one way to find out.
Apologies if I seem to be coming across as negative, I like where the design is,the fact that its an evolution of the Typhon but seems to fit in with the rest of the fleet (which the Typhon didnt in my opinion). I'm just trying to provide constructive criticism as just getting a thumbs up all the time won't help improving the design.
