• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Just got back from seeing this. Fantastic movie, the special effects were awesome and the ladies were quite something. ;)

I recommend it to anyone that into action movies or remakes of classics.

Quoted for Truth ;)

Anyone care to speculate what we'll see in the second movie?

I would say the obvious, the Return of Megatron. But before we see him, it will be a power struggle between Starscream and (?), along with them harassing the autobots and causing chaos in the city, etc..

That's always been the appeal of Transformers. They're different than the shows they compete with.

I myself will be pleased when the second on is released. This is a movie that will be added to my collection of DVDs.

Agreed on this. Though whether he returns as Megatron is to be decided..

But before we see him, it will be a power struggle between Starscream and (?)
These being the sequence of events, do you expect to see Starscream dead at the end of it? It being the second movie?

Agreed.

Just a little fun here. Anyone likes the Movie and the toys, you'll like this.

On Hasbro's site, they have a game.. well, it's a movie maker. You can make your own movies with the "toy" versions of the movie characters.

My kids love this stuff, so here's my lil' movie... Enjoy.

Here's the link to the games secton on Hasbro.

If your really bored, or have some pestering kids around, this will help... least it did for me.:p

I'll look at the movie later lol. and admit that I have both the Prime and Megatron Leader class figures. Of which Prime is by far much better quality.

wont sending pestering kids to a toy site just make them want them though, and thus cause demands for money later?

I know that I got the DVD and have only had a chance to watch it twice. My kids, family, and extended family have watched it countless time.

I've just pre-ordered mine from Amazon. Should get it the day it comes out (December 2nd) or day after depending on if there's another postal strike.

Anyway, simply put; best film I've ever seen. Spectacular CGI integration, plot was good and, of course, it had giant transforming robots that were fighting each other in a really realistic way.

Liked the way they made references to the original, ('there's more to you than meets the eye...)

Now I'm just ticking off the days till December 2nd

Yeah it was a great movie, Syf kept telling me it was a great movie so I finally caved and went to see it. Never regretted it either.

thats completely different. if you had an xbox, you could have had halo 3 by now. that problem comes purely from not having an xbox. the same can not be said for a dvd release:lol2:

I've got my copy of the Transformers movie today! :D I don't care that it's region 1 as I can play both region 1 and region 2 on my dvd player. :)
