The Pegasus looks awesome, I have been planning on updating my own Pegasus for my BSG mod along with the Solaria and I may see about using that updated texture you've just done. It looks outstanding mate.

Really nice re-touches Jet, the Pegasus in particular looks excellent

Nice work:thumbsup:

Thanks guys, and Dan, it was real kind of you to share the model in the first place. It was mostly tinkering with the glows. I was looking at some BSG screencaps and it seems that the outer lights of the Pegasus leave a lot of diffuse lighting. I managed to replicate it pretty well. ;)

I agree, the Pegasus looks sweet. I only wish it had turrets.:lol2:

Well, nobody's perfect...:cry2:

Oh yeah, and wasn't there a more up-to-date version of the Defense Cruiser? I thought I had seen that one in TF's Half Race Mod.

Ummm, right and wrong. :p

The "Defense Cruiser" did made some appearances as-is in the series. Wedge-shaped vessel - Battlestar Wiki

The one you're talking about is Majestic's re-reimagined version of the ship.

--------------------

Moving on, here are some more updates of my so called "re-paints" of the BSG stuffs, have a look:

The original iteration of the Celestra research ship was all rusty and old. I decided to "clean up" this guy too. You know, to look decent, well maintained and such...

I decided to add some well deserved glows to Ryderstorm's wonderful TOS Basestar mesh. All it needs now is a fresh coat of chrome and we're all set. :naughty:

It is perfectly reasonable to assume that the Colonial Military would use "militarized" versions of certain civilian designs. This is a specialized version of the Large Passenger Liner, converted for use as a dedicated transport ship. Kinda like the roles undertaken by the real world C-17 Globemaster. The overall paint scheme was inspired by the Colonial Shuttle. I also took the liberty of adding some cargo bay doors on the sides.

Here is another alternate color scheme for the Passenger Liner. Now sporting the iconic Intersun colors! This was the hardest of this batch to make however. Matching the colors was challenging work mind you! :p

I couldn't agree more Majestic. In fact, took the liberty of doing the same edits to the good ol' Solaria. Looks awesome!

Hey, those ships look awesome. I especially like your refit of the Solaria design and the Colonial Globemaster.

Keep it up!

Thanks again guys! I did change to nameplate of the Celestra just in case someone would like to use both. Besides, it gives a little more variety.

Took the words right out of my mouth, gorgeous render Jet!

Will the MkII paint scheme for the MkVII be included with the rest of the stuff when you work up a release?

Truly fantastic work mate

Glad to hear it, and no worries, wasn't rushing you, just really hopeful to see it included in the release given how awesome it looks ;)

It'll be a great Christmas modding present

Hello:
I was meant to reply much sooner, but I have been busy.

I also noted the PanGalactic problem, and I also made a fix of it, so it is nice to see you also did that :). I like the Intersun version of the Passenger Liner, because it was kinda unffair that company did not have large ships as well (but the ships like Colonial One are awesome). As for the "militarized" version, I guess that one can be used to colonize planets in normal A2 :D.

The other ships look nice been all clean, like they would look when in their shakedown cruise. Nice job!
