I think I have narrowed down my connection issues. It seems it is worst when I am teamed up and talking through Steam chat. Yesterday, I was with CptBenSisko and one of his friends. We had plans to run some strikes but I decided to back out due to my connection issues. After I closed out the Steam chat, my game cleared up and ran tons smoother. I guess running the game and the Steam chat at the same time is just too much for my poor little Pentium.

Talking with Danno (CptBenSisko) and his friend Nambro, I would like it if we can get enough of us, we could start running some raids. Ideally we would do it on a weekly basis.

Yeah, I don't blame ya. That is what my son is doing too. This event was good in theory but flawed and too much of a grind fest. I thought about completing the rest of the triumphs for it but decided I am just burned out on it. Now on to another event on that other game.

Today Destiny 2 had a Fortnite style live event. Here is my video of it.

I have bought my son the Destiny 2 upgrade pack which includes Forsaken and Shadowkeep. I got it for his birthday next month. This pack is currently on sale in Steam if anyone else is interested.

Also, my wife is getting me the Beyond Light expansion for Father's Day.

I haven't gotten a lot of time to play this week thanks to a work class. I have also been using what play time I do have to play Batman: Arkham Knight. I really do love the Arkham series.

For us Destiny 2 players, the release of Beyond Light expansion has been pushed back from September 22 to November 10.

yup. prob cause they want to launch it with the new consoles as well.. even though they didn't say that, thats my theory

It doesn't help that they have to work from home. That certainly cant be easy.

I would like to try to do some activities in game before they get vaulted. Namely the raids that will be going away. If any here would like to try to team up, please post when you will be available and we can see if we can get a team together. I am usually available on Sat, Sun, and Mon US cetnral.
