Actually, we have become so talented at thread jacking, we can now get others to do it for us without anyone suspecting a thing... Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I present Exhibit A:

I move that The One of the Thunderous Foot should be given an award for such thread-jacking skill. Tricking an Administrator into high-jacking a thread certainly deserves something.

You can't nest quotes, hence the slightly odd format. At least, I can't figure out how to. Anyway, now that I think of it, the post Thunder quoted was in fact not the first off topic post. The first truly off topic post was instead either:

Begun you have, my young padawan. However, difficult it is, to threadjack a serious thread. More than an off topic thread it is.


In all honesty, I think that Cabal, Thunderfoot, Crisis, and unfortunately myself as well are the worst thread jacking offenders....
