Star Trek Legacy Error Crash Thing

well i need sm help with legacy iv tryed everything i can get my hands on n this should not happen so hears the story i installed star trek legacy on my new pc coz it never worked on my old one so i never got to play it ever scince it came out and it worked fine i installed a mod n it was starting to get on my nerves coz it was starting to slow the game down alot so i uninstalled it reinstalled the game and patched it then i got this message and i reinstalled 6 times now n still this message pluages me

As far asI know nearly no one's play Legacy, and as my self I haveneverliked it (and I only played it on 360) i heard around there that the Pc version is much worst...

For me it looks like you didn't uninstall the entire mod. Not always, then you uninstall something, everything is removed. A few stuff of a mod is always left behind then an unistall has happened. I believe you must delete all maps and stuff (except downloads) that has to do with Legacy, then reinstall it.

PS.: What patch did you use as there are more than one of them?

PPS.: The reason for lagging is most likely the graphics card being too weak, I had to get a graphics card which was above Nvidia 8000 to avoid lagging.

both patches and i deleated the bethseda folder and reinstalled to rid any mod files but i dont know if thier are any others on legacy files thier is a fix i did it and it did not work probably because i dont have a full understaning of what it talked about but im still getting the error

intel core 2 cpu 4400 @ 2.00ghz
1.00 gb ram
32 bit operateing system
NVIDIA Geforce 8400GS

the error only acoured when i unistalled the mod the reason why i unistalled it it was staring to lag and the TOS constitution was ugly

after checking the bethseda site it says that the prob is m GCard witch is a Nvidia Geforce 8400 gs witch is not the best card for high end games
and my pc is brand new as well
