• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

In 6 weeks time starting from April 1st 2011, Majestic and I will be taking a short Leave of Absence.
Though this will probably be a hard task for Majestic, but you will all be in capable hands with the rest of the staff to keep an eye on things!
This is due to our wedding being at 11:30am ADST on April 2nd!
Time seems to be flying lately and we still have so much left to do!

This is a big day for us, we are finally after all the problems and hardships we have gone through together we have had reached this point and are going ahead with it, nothing can stop us now!
If anyone wishes to see the details you may do so here

Congratulations! I'm so excited that you finally get to go through with it after everything that's happened!
I still think you should video conference the ceremony so we can all be there lol.
Let's see, if the ceremony is at 11:30AM, accounting for daylight savings over there and over here, a live feed would be at 5:30PM my time on April 1st. I think I have that right, anyway. I'm pretty sure you guys are at +10GMT and I know I'm at -8GMT, and we both have DST then which would put you at +11GMT and me at -7GMT. I'm pretty sure I got it right, but if somebody would check my math...

Anyway, maybe a recording would be better than a live feed.

"Boy, why are you watching young Australians do a Dance Of Joy around a cake shaped like a space station? And why are you doing it IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?"
"d00d, it's totally Maj's wedding!"

Imagine the poor father's face... :p

Yeah not long now, then I will be becoming a bio-logical father the following year as we are going through IVF this year. Very expensive but the outcome will be nice.

So yeah we have a busy year this year. :)

Wow - wedding and IVF all in one year?!? I really wish you two all the best, its about time something nice happened to y'all.

Just, please don't mix up the date and time for the live feed... no one wants to see live feed IVF on the net... well... maybe some people, but not the sort of fine, upstanding folks that hang out here...

You know, you two should think about doing the whole deed poll name change thing - Mr and Mrs Majestic has a ring to it... Also, when you go anywhere, you can check into hotels as the Majestic Family...
Now THAT would be awesome. Plus, in Doctor / Dentist waiting rooms, the nurse would come in to cal you out and say

"Mr / Mrs Majestic, the doctor will see you now..."

and to everyone in the room you will sound like a secret agent or something...

Anyway, enough of my crazy jibber jabber...

I raise a toast to you both (with my first coffee of the morning, no less) and wish you both many happy years together, hopefully with a happy, healthy. bouncy mini Majestic too

It is about time isn't it, despite everything still going wrong for us we are determined nothing is going to stop our endeavours this time and are just letting all the bad float by and thinking about the good:
-April
-wedding
- surgery
-September/October
- IVF

*hopefully*

LOL I'll see what I can do, can't make any promises though :p

Hello:
I wish both of you the best wishes and success in what will be your life as a married couple.

I don't know if that union has happened very quickly or not, but at least I know you have one more month to sort every detail for the ceremonies:thumbsup:.

We've been together since June 2008, been living together and engaged since August 2008. So it's been a fair while and thankfully it's getting close to tying the knot. Not long now. :D

Wow - Ive been together with my GF since 2004 - living together since 2007 - all in all over 6 years of Nordic awesomeness since December 10th 2004 ... I guess I better follow your example and tie the knot soon, eh?

Maybe a good old fashioned double knot - a sheep shank dipped in super glue should do the trick, or a atomic powered nuclear reef knot laced with adamantium eureka!... that should stop her running away... oh my yes *shuffles off to the lab...*

Lmao maybeh! But that is entirely your choice!

We currently have 2 weeks remaining until the wedding and just had our rehearsal last night which went rather well! So pleased with the way things are coming along. Being that doing a live feed will entail alot of work and being that I already have my plate overwhelmed with more than I can handle we have decided to youtube the ceremony after it happens and then you can all watch :D

I wish the both of you happiness and joy as you travel together down the long road we call Life. Lord knows you both deserve it and if I could transport myself to Down Under I'd probably embarrass the both of you with a very long, very loud Rebel Yell right after Y'All said the "I Do!" part.

Congrats to the two lovebirds!

That's pretty kewl! I really like it :)

Thank you so much everyone for your well wishes!
Majestic has left for the evening to stay at his mum's house while I am currently home alone until my maid of honor arrives & the weather forecast looks promising for tomorrow. We are rather excited and looking forward to finally being able to tie the knot after our previous attempts being thwarted, mperhaps we were just meant to get married tomorrow and not before :D

There will be a video within a few days so you may all view and witness our marriage :D

Like I said before, this has been a long time coming and with all the obstacles you two have passed on the way it is very well deserved.

Early congratulations.
