Episode 9:
Season 2, Episode 3.
Was not surprised about Caroline but should not have been surprised on who she met at episode's end.
Good story about the saber-tooth tiger and quite a good realisation of it on-screen.

Episode 11:
Season 2, Episode 5.
Very enjoyable episode.
Love it from when Cutter and Stephen found the girl.
Also found found it funny when Cutter punched a caveman!

Episode 12:
Penultimate episode of season 2.
Best scene is when Lester had to face off that creature.
Also wow what a cliffhanger at the end.

To Australian viewers:
After The Friday Night Project last night came an ad for Primeval. Primeval is coming soon on UKTV.

Question is whether season 2 will immediately be shown after season 1 on UKTV. There is a good probability that season 2 will be shown straight to UKTV as the same has happened with the second season of Afterlife. The second season Afterlife was shown straight to UKTV immediately after the showing of its first season.

Episode 13:
Final episode of season 2.
A very good end of the season.
Leek really deserved what he got.
Very sad about Stephen (which is just as sad to what happened to Tosh and Owen at the end of Torchwood season 2).
What a shocking end seeing multiple versions of that soldier.

To Australian viewers:
Primeval will start on UKTV on Tuesday October 7 7:30pm.

Picked this up from Ian Robinson at the Doctor Who Forum:
"The team that animated (Doctor Who) Infinite Quest are doing a Primeval animated series in which Connor and Abby will be zipping through time, including into previous episodes. Should be on telly this time next year."

Found out that season 3 will not start on February 14 in the UK as the ITV schedule on that date does not include Primeval.

Last night my sci fi club had a screening of Primeval season 2. Did not attend this screening as I already seen it. However I did watch during that time the first two episodes of season 3 and they are pretty good.

The show continues to get better, we even get to see a 'G-Rex' (as Connor called it). I've heard though, that after season three, that is it. Because of the resession and what not, and the cost of running the show, they can't afford to keep going.

Is a shame, it is a good show. :(

What is it with everything going into movies as of late? Star Trek, Primeval, Stargate, heck, even LOST is suppose to end in movie format. It'll be Torchwood and Heroes next.

Can't we just get old fashioned shows please?

Season 3, Episode 10:
Series finale.
Finally Helen Cutter is dead.
What a cliffhanger with Danny, Connor and Abby stuck in the distant past. With the series cancelled perhaps the movie will resolve the cliffhanger.

Like Torchwood season 3, Primeval season 3 had a woman character call Johnson. Since Johnson is a very common name this is perhaps a coincidence.

Primeval which had been cancelled by ITV three months ago has been revived for a fourth and fifth season. Under a new co-production deal between ITV and UKTV the deal is for seven episodes for season 4 and six episodes for season 5.

Season 3 ended on a cliffhanger but it will be quite a while before it is revealed how this is resolved as season 4 will not start (in the UK) until 2011.

Primeval revived for 2 more series :TV Tonight

That is **** good news. Shame season five will be so few episodes, though it is nice to know that they wont be leaving the show on a cliff hanger (unless they only end up creating another one, which will equally annoy me). Suffice to say, I am pleased to head this news.
