As usual, Dan's work is far superior to anything I can do. Nevertheless, when one starts with good quality materials and adds in some, ahem...'simple tricks and mischief', one can achieve something which is passable enough to place on display. lol

Here's mine. Relatively simple, added in RocketDock recently so I could remove all the icons. Set is custom made so it blends in with the background, which I made in Apophysis.

Ubuntu just upgraded so I decided to try out the Unity desktop. Made a new theme using Summer Orchids by Aziroth at Deviant Art and here's the result.

Great looking desktop, I am looking forward to this game, however I'll doubt I'll play it due to the monthly cost plus having to buy it as well.

The hit the PrtScn key on your keyboard then paste it in Ms paint .

I actually have a program called Snagit and use it for all my screenshots whether MS3D, the Desktop or anything else that isn't related to games.

However I used to do it Hellkite's way before I discovered Snagit.

I've gone back to one I got (from Wikipedia of all places) about a year or so ago, from one of the recent Space Shuttle / ISS missions.

Nice desktop everyone. I too am eager to see The Old Republic but I too do not have the money to play. Cryptic is working on Neverwinter which is based off of Dungeon and Dragons. The rumor is that it will be F2P so I may check it out.
