I always liked the SFC Gorn designs. You could use them as a reference. All you have to do is to make them look newer :lol2:

Gorn

it a concept some what loosely base off of STO gorn

Thats why I didn't know it. Why not use the Yesteryears Gorn for insperation?

Hello:
The Romulan Fighter looks very nice, a design that is expected for them since their ships do follow an Avian theme.

The newer Gorn design you have is great, non conventional unique looking as well. Maybe eventually you'll also make Fighters for other races too? the Asymmetry of the Gorn Fighter makes me wonder how would a Breen Fighter look like .

Keep it up!.

Gorgeous. But I have a feeling that I saw that design somewhere. Or was it only similar? Those Tholian ships... all are almost identical...
But once again: I love it. Especially the colors. I wasn't fan of the SFC-style red Tholian ships.

Hello:
Those are very nice designs, I like the Tholian ship, it is not a design we see every day in the Trek universe .

As for the Cardassian Fighter, it is also new to me, I know they have Hidekis as fast ships, but I can see you gave them also a Fighter to try to counter (sp?) Fed Peregrines and other fighters? Very interesting design.

A parallel Federation design that the Midway meets on it's adventures?

that would be cool

This version is smaller than the original it's a little bigger than the Nova class

Peredhilmark2.png

Class specifications
Length: approx. 225m
Deck count: 9
Crew complement: 90

TACTICAL
Weapons 4 Type XI Phaser Cannons, 8 Type X Phaser Arrays, 4 Quantum Torpedo Launchers (Stock 325) and 1 Tri-cobolt Torpedo Launcher (Stock 100)

OFFENCSIVE
ablative armour , bubble shields and Skin shields

The Peredhil Class simply put a light Tactical frigate designed to hunt down cloaked ships and take them out
Equipped with the For-site System "Starfleets new Multispectrum subspace based detection system" that can pinpoint a cloaked ships out in real time this allows the Peredhil Class to take them out with deadly force if need be

If it's only 225 meters, the bridge will need to be a lot bigger. I would scale it against the Defiant or Nova to get the right size.

thanks my friend But the bridge sets down into the main hull only a small bridge dome bump visible on the hull and in battle is get cover wit deploy able armor

I thought about that make it less of a target that way :)

Even so, it's still too small for that size of ship. But in the end it's your design.

Of course, the bridge need not be fully equipped as a standard Star Fleet bridge... maybe only the "big chair", the con and weapons control... the rest of the bridge stations one would normally see could be distributed throughout the ship...

less equipment and crew in the bridge = less damage incurred by a direct hit = smaller bridge = smaller target = ship stays alive longer in combat...

After all, its more a war ship than an explorer...

Just my thoughts...

This is an ASW ship. Like a WWII convoy escort. She doesn't need everything a fully equipped explorer does. When a vessel intended to perform a limited range of functions is designed, it is normally optimized for those functions and any additional functions are vestigial at best. I like this idea a lot. Always wondered why Starfleet never had the equivalent of a Spruance class ASW destroyer running about using the 24th Century version of the BQQ-5. Odd that eighty years after Balance of Terror, the Rihannsu can still hide with near impunity. I think the textures should emphasize her specialized role as well. She should have sensor strips all over and there should be no angle you can look at her from where at least three are not in plain view.

Gen'rul Suh, I gots a question an' Ah hopes Y'All don' mine me axin' it. Are Y'All sure Y'All wuz a fighter pilot? Cuz Y'All dun come up wif two excellent ships heah thet are lookin' mighty fine. Mighty fine.
They's more like sumpin' an' Admiral would dream up then a fighter pilot, rofl.

:yuck:Navy!:yuck:

The USAF articulates its core functions in its 2010 Posture Statement as Nuclear Deterrence Operations, Special Operations, Air Superiority, Global Integrated ISR, Space Superiority, Command and Control, Cyberspace Superiority, Personnel Recovery, Global Precision Attack, Building Partnerships, Rapid Global Mobility and Agile Combat Support

That should answer your question Sgt
