Thats BADASS!!! Better than the original. My buddy had one when we were kids, man I wanted that plane. Cobra always got the cool stuff. Luckily for the Joes we did an undercover op and stole that sucker for the good guys!

How about a few more?

What program are you using? I might have to try my hand at some armor.

They did that it was called "Tiger force" were the Joes used captured Cobra Equipment

How about a Rattler (a10) render?

And here is my pathic attempt at remastering the Rolling Thunder. Want to make it more tank less toy. Don't know if I pulled it off? Maybe you could clean it up. I used ms paint if it matters.

Well attempt numbers two and three didn't see any real improvement. My tank still looks like a three year old was let loose with finger paints. @Hellkite your drawings always look so professional whats your secret? Could you maybe post a how to? Maybe a few pics of one of your draws as you go, so I can see how you go about it and how you change things. Thanks.

Thank you. I was coloring as I went. I'll try outline first next time around. I don't now how much it will help, since your Rolling Tunder looks Badass and my looks like well just ass. Guess there is this little thing called talent that is required that I must say you have in spades! I do have a few more questions if I can impose on you. How large is your drawing in program, full screen? Do you use the thinnest line width? Do you ever use the preprogramed shapes?

Do not be so hard on your self Hath .. I tend to project it in 3d in my mind and draw things form there

Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions Hellkite it is much appreciated!

This is my latest attempt. I included a few intermediate steps. Looking for feedback. Please be honest, brutal, and nitpick everything to death. I'm trying to get better, so I want/need the criticism! Thank you for your time.

Hope you don't mind Hellkite, but I stole your main gun profile. It was just too good not to. It just screams Railgun! That being said my main turret is a railgun and the little turret on top has a 30mm Chain gun. The front turret has a 30mm Gattling gun, if its good enough for a A10 is good enough for me.

That's a hard choice. GI Joe would probably be the jeeps, GI Joe attack helicopter, Conquest jet and the Cobra hydrofoil boat. Think it's the Moray Eel or something? For Star Wars probably the Falcon and AT-AT.

I also have collected many Star Wars things in Lego.

Did you make the Cobra emblem on the side of the Moray? I don't remember that one.

Thanks, Hellkite. I guess I should have just googled the moray. I just didn't remember seeing that decal before. In my defense it's a 10 on the badass scale so I just figured you made it from scratch! It's still cool enough you should incorporate it into some more of your cobra renders. So while your on the chopper drawing front how about these two:

The thing is that the Dragon fly is really the Bell Cobra AH-1
so I don't think I'll redo that one "not needed "

HISS 3

This is my first attempt at 3d with ms paint. Hellkites your Hiss inspired me to try this. Not everything came out like I wanted but for a work in progress I guess its ok. I want to add more detail especially to the tracks. What do your guys think of the twin mini guns? To much? Lose one for a quad TOW missle launcher?

Then comes the coloring, ugh! I still haven't figured out a good way to do that. I start coloring and my tanks just goes flat and losses all depth.

Hellkite when you're coloring, I assume you're using the custom colors?
How much or far do you move the shading, hue, ect. between colors? I'm looking for a little insight into your color chooses.
