Children of the Revolution was a six part comic strip (a poll-topping one)written by Scott Gray for DWM featuring the Eighth Doctor and Izzy which has been made into computer animation by Altered Vistas (warning the following link has images from the story):
Children of the Revolution

Episode 1:
Very intriguing the start of this story.
Paul McGann was not involved with this but Andrew Merkelbach makes a good impersonation in voicing him as the Eighth Doctor.
Very surprised on who turns up in the cliffhanger (as I have no idea beforehand as I have not read the comic strips since it was published before I started buying DWM).

Episode 6:
This has been a very good story which has been served well by a good, if somewhat tragic, conclusion.
