Hello:
Land Air Mech
Thanks for the clarification, next time can you use the acronym alongside it's meaning?

But almost, while it can be on the land as it can walk around, it's attack specialty is in the air and in outerspace.

Hello:
These are renders of the Invid aerospace mecha: The Igaarn. This is one of the many amazing Invid designs created by AtolmAzel. Because of animation reasons, Kakinuma Hideki (the original creator of the Inbit, or Invid as known here) mentioned that of 16 designs he made, only 5 made it into the animation, leaving many voids in Invid lines of development.
Invid mecha Aerospace Igaarn render.png
The Igaarn is a larger aerospace mecha than the Iiga and it was created for more experienced Invid pilots, either by natural growth or by a transmutation by the Regis or an Invid Hive Brain. The Igaarn stands at 3.5 meters height when walking, it possess two main plasma cannons on the main body, 2 smaller ones on the wings and two smaller ones at the forearms. But it's larger size doesn't make it any slower than the Iiga, making the Igaarn a dangerous opponent for those who dare attack an Invid Hive.

While not having the experience or command abilities of the even larger Igren, the Igaarn can still be seen escorted by several Iigas.

Hello:
These are renders of the Invid command aerospace mecha: The Igren. This is one of the many amazing Invid designs created by AtolmAzel. Because of animation reasons, Kakinuma Hideki (the original creator of the Inbit, or Invid as known here) mentioned that of 16 designs he made, only 5 made it into the animation, leaving many voids in Invid lines of development and while the Garmo/Pincer is an amazing canon design of a command Invid, we saw it coming from a Gurab, which is a ground-type Invid.
Invid mecha Aerospace Igren render.png
The Igren is one of the largest aerospace Invid mechas and it was designed to accomodate the most experienced Invid pilots in those fields, clearly in the same level of experience and cunning as the Garmo. The Igren comes fitted with a very durable shell coloured with a very noticeable red and white scheme and it is armed with two very strong Heat beam cannons that can melt REF Cylones and two defensive beam cannons in it's forearms, making it more than capable of leading it's forces of fellow Invid against any foe.

Hello:
This is my interpretation of the Invid Ligurab ground mecha. The design comes from the pre-production of Genesis Climber Mospeada and while it didn't make it into the animation it was brought to life in the Playstation2 game "Robotech: Invasion" and known as Grappler. But I decided to reinvent the Ligurab as a smaller mecha, perfect for scouting, while keeping a new design made by AtolmAzel as the Grappler.
Invid mecha Ground Ligurab render.png
The Ligurab was never a big presence outside hives, it is a small ground mecha designed for scouting in small packs of three, but there has always been a preference to use Iigas and Rokaarns for scouting from the skies. Still, the Ligurab is a great design, been 3 meters height when standing, it is very speedy and able to easily dodge the fire from large cannons, it can attack adversaries using either it's large feet claws or by grabbing and throwing adversaries (or even ripping them apart).

Just like Iigas (as well as other "youngesters"), Ligurabs of the new Invid race show more activity in Hives when idle, while some would still just sit to 'chit-chat' with others, other Invid will now go around the Hive to poke things until called-upon a new duty.

Hello:
This is a completely new model I made of one of the Invid primary ground mechas: The Gurab. This is known as the Trooper variety since it is equipped only for melee-range combats. It is 5 meters in height and is physically tougher, although much slower, than it's speedy Iiga siblings. This variety of Gurab is armed with strong arms with claws and two talons in each foot that can cut through mecha like a knife cuts butter.
Invid mecha ground Gurab 1 Trooper render.png
The Gurab Trooper is, as the name suggests, a foot soldier for an Invid Hive. Still it has many and varied roles because it is often send to patrol hostile areas, to bury itself to surprise hostile forces and engage in direct combat; But it is also seen very often accompanying, guarding and helping Invid Workers with heavy labour duties.

Gurab troopers that excel in it's duties can be promoted into a Morlor.

Hello:
While not into the franchise these come from,
To be honest, so far only Atolm and @Epytron_Omega know about where the Invid come from, and while I have a huge AU project for Robotech I get more comments when making Star Trek, BSG or Stargate stuff, heh. So so far it has been a thing of what I want to do.
I can appreciate the skill, time and dedication that has gone into modelling and texturing these. Well done mate.
Thank you very much! That is always very appreciated :) .

The Gurab Shocktrooper is, as the name suggests, a foot soldier for an Invid Hive. Although it might be assigned less varied roles than it's Trooper siblings, as it is mostly send to patrol hostile areas, to bury itself to surprise hostile forces and engage in direct combat.

Gurab troopers that excel in it's duties can be promoted into a Druumah.

Well, here is a new one :D

Hello:
These are renders of the Invid ground mecha: The Morlor. This is one of the many amazing Invid designs created by AtolmAzel:
Invid mecha ground Morlor render.png
The Morlor is a new mecha design created for Gurabs (Trooper variety) who excelled in their tasks and get promoted. So the Morlor is a bigger and far more resilient foot soldier for an Invid Hive, it's armour gives this Invid twice the endurance of a Gurab and can be wreak any enemy mecha with it's exceptionally powerful arms and claws.

Still it has as many varied roles as the Gurabs, specially when things are quiet. It is rare to see one patrolling hostile areas that are far from a Hive as a Morlor would rather protect those inside it's Hive, but it can still bury itself to surprise hostile forces and totally engage in direct combat; But it is also seen very often accompanying, guarding and helping Invid Workers with heavy labour duties.

Hello:
These are renders of the Invid ground mecha: The Druumah. This is one of the many amazing Invid designs created by AtolmAzel:
Invid mecha ground Druumah render.png
The Druumah is a new mecha design created for Gurabs (Shocktrooper variety) who excelled in their tasks and get promoted. Druumahs were designed differently to the Morlor, because while it's sibling design is better for brute force, the Druumah instead is heavily armed with many beam cannons that can attack enemies at different ranges and is better dodging enemy fire. The Druumah also has better flight capabilities than the Morlor, allowing it to reach a troubled spot faster.

While the Druumah is indeed a newer design, the first prototypes were seen in combat during the later stages of Earth's occupation, with human combatants giving it the name of "Invid Grappler".

Hello:
This is the Tau class shuttle designed by AtolmAzel:
Protectorate Shuttle Tau render.png
Designed on behalf of The Protectorate by Sienar Fleet System and mass-produced by Kuat's secretly reactivated subsidiary: Rothana. The Tau was designed to ferry crew, troops or as courier for VIPs.

20 meters in lenght, the design reminds of the Lambda class shuttle used by the Imperial Remnants, and indeed share many of it's characteristics. But the Tau was redesigned to match the motif and style of The Protectorate's new line of starfighters that is planned to replace the Alpha-5 Cirrus class V-Wing class of fighters onboard starships. This shuttle has proven to be so extremely reliable that it is now been mass-produced.

The Tau is armed with six laser cannons: One front, one aft, and two on each side wing.

The Tau class looks like an in-bewteen the Nu-Class/Theta Class and the lambda Class Shuttle. While it sounds like a Post-Ender design, it still looks like a great early Empire design.

Thank you very much! The Protectorate did born as an Imperial sector that went independent after Endor, but they remained under the NEw Republic's radar for some years. That is why their similar designs to Imperial gear.

I see the protectorate are using designs more from the old Republic, well designs inspired by them like their V-wing. Is that done on purpose to move away from the Imperial image/origins they have?
