I was never truly a fan of this design to be honest, I thought it was a cheap merge of the Galaxy and Ambassador classes. Well how times change, the design grew on me. It grew on me enough to do a revamp of the model and redesign the nacelles, throw her in my Midway universe and just grow to love the design.
Utilising Jetfreak's textures, his first venturing into full blown texturing mind you, the Dawnstar has never looked better, Goes to show Jetfreak has a great talent when it comes to texturing and the 2D way of life.
Launched in 2387, this design so should've been in Fleet Operations, oh well one day I might do a mod to change that, but for now you've got one great looking ship to play with.
