The A-Team - There is No Plan B

Anyone else seen the movie yet?

Ultimately, it was alright. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't brilliant either. The guy they got to play Murdoch was easily the best, and just made me think of the original Murdoch the whole time. Brilliant job on his part.

Liam Neeson was quite good, though he lacked some of Peppard's humour in his Hannibal. That said, he still played the part really well, and the Hannibal character worked.

not sure who was playing Face, but again he did a good job. I don't think he was really 'pretty-boy' enough though, and he lacked the natural charm that Dirk Benedict's portrayed. But despite that, he did a good job.

I think 'Rampage' Jackson was the weakest casting as BA though. There was just something missing, despite the fear of flying, and the 'crazy fools' and the threats against the rest of the team. What I think was missing was the threat/intensity that Mr T had. I can't imagine Rampage's BA chewing up a speeding ticket, and spitting it back at the officer that wrote it. Whereas Mr T's BA did lol.

Nice to see the van back, if redone slightly for the big screen.

Couple of other minor issues, but i wont go into those due to spoilers.

That aside though, it was a fun movie, great for just putting the brain in neutral and relaxing.

Pretty much the same thoughts on it as you. Neeson was a decent Hannibal, but honestly I felt the others were lacking, especially BA.

interesting to see other peoples views on it lol. I enjoyed it, despite the aforementioned issues lol, my wife fell asleep during it (tho to be fair, it was the last of a triple bill that started a 9.45pm at the drive in theatre on PEI)
