You must follow your heart
But with that said you must also look at your brother prospective you need to talk to him about it to avoid any strafe between two of you
 Of cores its easier said than done but it better to talk it over before hand before showing up with the girl out of the blue at any rate

I have always lived by a policy of not dating anyone who my brothers dated. Its a good way to avoid problems. Just be careful of what might happen if you turn them down too. Some have trouble with rejection and can turn on you in an instant. A friend did her best for 3 months to get me to date her and I always told her no. We were good friends but would never make it as more. Now we are not even on speaking terms. But I know I am better off. Back on subject. If you talk to your brother and there are no problems. Then you have a choice. But if there will be problems then I would suggest avoiding dating anyone who has dated a sibling. I know that I never wanted to be compared to my brothers in anything dealing with dating. I just thought that would be wierd for me. LOL.. But do follow your heart.

well see the thing is they only were together for one day (when they could really see each other) and the week my brother says they were dateing she says they were just flirting and didnt really know if they were dateing so if only for one day they dated then i dont see why he would get so upset and thats the bigger problem

Just follow your heart and remember if her and your brother can have a disagreement on how long they dated. How do you know if you were to date her that something similair would happen? Watch for the patterns a person lives by. That will tell you what they are likely to do.

Ah we all have girl trouble at one point in our lives. I sometimes women have a purpose in life, to confuse us males.
It is a very interesting topic that I have recently done some research into.
2 girls? You chick magnet you!
I really can only reinforce what Hellkite and CrazyFrog have said, follow your heart and choose which girl you want, though even if your Brother says it was nothing I would still ask for his okay, just to be on the safe side. Us males like to keep our emotions to ourselves, he may say he is over her or it was nothing, but deep down he may be hurting.
Also about choosing women, I would suggest spending a little time with each one, see which one you get along best with and if there is a connection you feel with either of them.
Right now your in control, so keep the control for a while and take your time, as once the decision is made and you decided you choose the wrong one, the rejected girl may not want you as she may feel rejected and hurt.
Wow, I think we have a bit of a Romeo in our midst!!
Even though your brother says that he doesn't mind, he may feel otherwise when he sees you together. You have to make the decision whether or not you want anything coming between you and your brother that may cause problems (however I'm not saying that it will cause problems).
These things sometimes don't work out, but sometimes they also do. Every situation is different, and essentially the choice is up to you. Do what feels right for you.
Good luck! :)

now my bro's ex girlfriend friend sister is telling me that i should go out with her little sister and now it's a getting annoying so i might have to just say that i'm not going for any of them and jsut gonna go along with my plan of not even trying for a girl friend till i'm done with school
Well you definitely don't need people telling you who you should be going out with! That's totally not their place! Dumb girls!
You need to think that if they're doing it now, can you imagine what they'd act like when you were in an actual relationship with one of their friends/sisters?
Listen to your heart.

lol i think i might just say no to them all so everyone leaves me alone
Girlfriends are great, but can be very distracting from school work.
