Which Sliders season did you like the best?

I pefered Seasons 1, 2 and 3 the best. Mainly the first 2, as after that the show was taken over by the network.

Up until late series 2 this was fantastic but then the Kromaggs were introduced then the following series they started changing characters. This ruined it all for me. Make a movie and start again, Jerry O'Connell left because the series went the wrong way and he was not happy with it. If the powers that be read this Please take note

I loved the early seasons of the series and never missed an episode. I did love Kari Wuhrer who came in later and even accepted the character of Colin but the show started to change way too much for my liking, especially with the whole Kromag storyline which eventually became the centerpiece for the remainder of the show.

I hated losing Wade and Arturo, the series began to slowly sink for me there. Once Jerry O'Connell left the series though that was the final nail in the coffin, Sliders without Quinn Mallory just sucked and I hated his 'Mallory' replacement ugh.

So I guess season 1-3 as well, with a few brownie points for season 4 just for having Wuhrer and O'Connell.

It sounds like i am in the same boat as you guys, I liked the early seasons, but then lost interest, and I couldnt tell you how it carried on......

I agree, the original four had the chemistry. I didn't like it when they fired John Rys-Davies and when Sabrina Lloyd left. I didn't much care for the character of Maggie and from what I heard she drove Sabrina Lloyd away which I will never forgive her for.

Season 4 on wards was a shadow of earlier seasons in my opinion. I just hope that one day they may start it back up from season 3 on wards with the original four or make some movies with the original four. Very doubtful but if they did I can pretty much guarantee it will be a huge success if they put Tracy Torme behind the wheel again.
