Commander Charles Tucker III (Trip) for me, he is so gorgeous!
I have to say Trip too, but not because he is good looking, I am not into that. It is because of this personallity.
For good looks it would be T'Pol.
Deffinately spock for me. "Humans are most illogical."
 worf is the one

Hmmm, I am going to have to say Tom Paris, though I feel I am nothing like him, Trip and Riker are close seconds for me along with Geordi LaForge.

say three or so a week?
Well...
From TOS:
I think it would be Spock. Simply because of all the 'Logical' **** :p - I don't really remember TOS all that well. Haven't watched it in a long time.
From TNG:
For this one, I'm going with Worf. Simply because he is a Klingon, and whilst he does his job as a Starfleet Officer, he still goes about certain things in a more Klingon approach.
From DS9:
I think Jadzia Dax (cuz she's hawt) ;) Nah, seriously, she played her part well.
From VOY:
I'm going to have to go with The Doctor. Message in a Bottle was such an awesome episode, and it wouldn't have worked without the Doctor. Along with him, Kes. She was new, young, and willing to learn etc.
From ENT:
I think I am going to have to share the first view, of which is Trip. He did his job, and his role well.
In addition, other characters (reoccurring) I think I'd have to put Gowron, Martok & Damar. All from DS9 (though Gowron was in TNG too), but you got to 'know him' more in DS9.
TOS - Sulu,Because we both have same taste in ships,The Excelsior.
TNG - Riker, An aspiring Starfleet officer and the first Starfleet captain to trash the Borg, Liked episodes where he was captain (Future Imperfect/Paralels etc)
Im going to have to say Quark for DS9 he is such a chancer, hes so funny.
Voy - Chakotay because I liked the Maquis.
Ent - Reed I liked how they threw in the dark plot for him. (Not going to say to much just in case everyones not watched it yet)

Kes is my all time faverite charicter because she was young and eager to learn.
Damar was my Faverite charicter on DS9 even though he was a reoccurring charicter. (he was a grat charicter because even though he did alot of bad he did what he thought best for Cardassia. And Dukat (unfortianatly may i add) still it sucks that he was killed).
Julian and Miles in my oppinion were the best friend relationship in the whole of Star Trek.
Docter (Joe, hee) was by far the funniest in the whole of Star Trek.
Quark was still great but because of his sneakyness.

Nobody is a more truly considered and appreciable character in Trek than Picard. His frequent interactions with Commander Data on the subject of humanity were the stuff I loved most about the show as a kid.
Close seconds from Kirk and Sisko. Their more rugged, less subtle, characterization made the shows for me. In Kirk's case, his combination of brute force with a thoughtful application of psychology often saved the day. Sisko's relationship with his son and his father gave him an emotional side often lacking in the clinically precise nature of Trek. Especially in the midst of his role as Dominion warrior, that was appreciated greatly.
However, now that I've seen it all, I really like Scotty, McCoy, Riker, Worf, O'Brien, Odo, Tom Paris and Tuvok a lot more than I might've when I was younger. Each of these characters contributed something to the show that, as supporting characters, really deepened the plot and the development of it.
And I'm utterly shocked nobody's mentioned the simple tailor of Deep Space Nine yet. Garak, to me, was a character that could ONLY be truly at home in the Star Trek universe. Everything's too bloody nice without someone skulking in the backdrop. :D

Ive gotta say Major/Colonel Kira, sometimes starfleet could with more resistance fighters who are straight talking and dont care about politics but the individual.......
Tasha yarr!
deep complex and damaged character with a background that was fun, dark and never really explored anything near as well as it might have been. (I try to forget the episode where they found her 'sister')
A lot of what was to be Kira was inspired by the same themes that were given to Yarr, and the same can be said of the later Worf; he was two dimensional as long as Yarr was there but in her absence took on a lot of the roles she had filled.

i thought the best character of DS9 was Garak. i mean, just look a the guy. i love andrew robinson. i don't know anyone who could've played that guy out better. i loved the subterfuge and misleadings.
for voyager i liked: Captain Janeway, a woman running the show.. what a novel approach. i think kate mulgrew was the best choice for it.
TNG: Counselor Troi. i had to love this one. she was pretty, she had a cool accent. her eyes are so dark they're almost black... (extra pretty) and her mother is the mother of the entire trek franchise for God's sake! Majel Barret.
that and to watch the show i had to get my dad interested in someone and it was her. troi coffee mugs, troi shirts, troi..... oh lordie. but think she's the best off the show. i like the empathic nature. (see my avatar) lol
ent. dear god... shoot me. if i HAD to pick, it'd be the vulcan chick. i don't even know her name. and the scene she had with the other person rubbing gook on each other.
TOS: spock. he's just a freakin legend.

I always liked Martok. Level headed and sensible, well compared to your average Klingon who truth be told are usually extremely foolish in the face of insult and so forth. I think the only other Klingon NOT to immediately declare war on the insulting parties species was Worf on First Contact (although he was miffed, personally I think they should have hugged, would have been touching)
He was a soldier who despite being given ****ed stupid orders by the smacktard that is Gowron (watch DS9 and then play that live action game where he is the tutor and you'll soon have the urge to stick his unmentionables on a barbed wire plate too) knew his place and obeyed. He understood the Heart of Virtue probably more than any other Klingon in TNG, that is Duty, Honour and Loyalty. Most klingons we see in the TNG series (TNG, DS9, VOY) just run about yelling about honour and yet randomly attack defenceless or unprepared persons who up until having a disruptor discharged in their general direction considered the klingons allies.
Tis just a shame they couldn't backdate Martok to TMP, like they did with Worf in ST6 (well, it was his grandfather but, basically the same). I bet his ancestor was a fine warship commander in the KDF back in the good ol days.

Captain Picard. Patrick Stewart is the simply the finest actor ever to stand on a Star Trek set. Period. He brought a real life semblance of professionalism and realism to TNG that no other series achieved. Unlike the other actors from the later series' his acting kept getting better and better as the series progressed. Everybody else was pretty corny: Sisko, Janeway.
Worst characters, were people Janeway, Neelix, Paris (pretty much the entire Voyager cast was lousy). In Voyager and DS9 I had two characters I hated with a passion. Rom and Neelix. I hate them about as much as I hate Jar Jar Binks on Star Wars. I kept hoping that the writers would kill them off in some horrible way.
