Favourite Star Trek race?

What's your favourite Star Trek race?

There are too many for a poll.

I really like the Andorians. Surprise.

I do also like the Borg and the Klingons. Especially ENT era Klingons, they always made good bad guys I thought.

for me its a triple tie between the Borg, the Klingons, and the Romulans. Romulans and Klingons have awsome ships and interesting ideals and tatics. as for the Borg well, they just plain bloody rock!

Romulans are by far my favorite of favorite , but the Tholians are a very close 2nd because I always loved 'The Tholian Web' and Commander Loskene was a bad mammer jammin' alien cricket.

The Borg win, by fact that they have most votes, but how is that any thing new. They alway win! Hirogen are nothing but rip off of the predator from
alien vs predators. So they get my vote of second worse race in star trek history. Fed get second place, and 8472 get third. I love idea of 100% organic race. No metal! So my favorite race is predator! then second is alien ... lol off topic ... Third borg. Get to da chopper ...

I think that the Romulans are the coolest race of Star Trek, simply because their ships look real sleek and well the Romulans are stealthy all the way.

Now remember that the Borg haven't changed at all (excluding visual) since TNG. We just know more of them now (more stuff have been added to them, not changed). They (the Collective) are still "mindless" (singleminded is more correct actually) killing machines. :wink:

Yeah, it wasn't that the Borg in TNG didn't have the Queen controlling them, we just didn't know about her. It was established in First Contact that the Queen (or at least a clone/some version of her) was on the Cube that assimilated Cpt. Picard.

Tholians, hands down, the only really alien (i.e not a humanoid with a wrinkly nose or something) lifeform we see on Star Trek. Even Species 8472 has a similar tolerance to heat, cold, radiation etc as we do, but the Tholians live in extremely hot, extremely toxic environments.
