This is the new Hyperion used for this B5 mod:

As you see on the pictures it is the EAS Athena (HHD-1034), Hyperion Alpha or Beta standard, as most Hyperions were during or just before the Dilgar War.
This model shares many similarties to the Parallels model (as the Paralles model is a derivate of it).

This model is the main fleet Hyperion. The hero unit will be the EAS Enterprise (HHD-0952). Another hero unit will be the EAS Konjew (NCD-0855).

AoE will contain many special units that will be available during certain assignments, as the EAS Tillman (Tillman experimental dreadnought) or the Endurance-Hyperion class medium fire support unit.

I think I can present the *new* AoE variant of the Nova DN soon.

The Parallels Hyperion is a poly count reduced model, as the (Midwinter) Hyperion is no longer most important ship of the fleet (since it has been suceeded by the Omega destroyers).

This one was the basic mesh, with additional details and another registration and name...

I like the Hyperion since "In the Beginning" a lot, but since I work with I like it even more. :)

This is the fleet unit.

The Hero unit will be designated EAS Phalanx, which quite fits with the design of the Nova class warship, as the Roman Phalanx (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phalanx_formation) tactics have similarities to the use of the Nova.

Though Earthforce is the last party to appear playable in the campaign, it is the first to come to a full shape. I already had an example of the Earthforce up and running, but it lacked several things I added in the meantime (and I reformated by computer and didn't find it necessary to move all files I need to do again anyway).

So here is a shiplist:
Oracle Class: Scout and Reconaissance
Olympus Class: Light Escort and Convoi unit
Sagitarrius Class: Missile Cruiser
Hudson Class: Gunboat
Avenger Class: Fleet Carrier
Nova Class: Dreadnought and Fire Support
Hyperion Class: C2 (Command and Control), Main battlefield unit

The Hudson class will be my own development and will be based upon the Monsoon gunboat. I'll try to make it look like the precedessor.
Additionally we have the fighters...

Are we going to see map units of older ships like the EA Laertes or EA Orestes? Or Raiders? (The Raider Sloop is a modified EA Laertes anyway, so these questions tie together)

If you could deliver me some info (image would be good) about the Laertes, I'd do that. The Orestes class, do you mean the same class as shown on the "Wolf's Shipyard" webapge?

I wanted to bring in an early Zephyr fighter, as the Zephyr was actually a Belt Alliance fighter to engage raiders...

And I am going to use a converted Sagitarrius as medic cruiser.

Looking good.

Don't mean to nitpick, but the wings on the T'Loth (as they go toward the outer pods) actually sweep backward, not forward. Aside from that, it's great :-)
