This is the Earth Alliance Tiger Stafury.
When the EA involvement in the War began, these 'Furies were at the end of their service lifetime, outflanked by the new Nova class Starfury and some early Aurora Starfuries at the end of the war.

It's a weird looking Starfury. According to efni.org it was the first Starfury to have X-shaped wings!

They look alot more like x wings then star furies. if you got rid of the two nose cones, it probably would be. but they look nice any ways

You're looking at it the wrong way around. Those aren't nose cones, they're engines. And it's a good take on the Tiger, very nicely done.

Yes, these are the bow part of the main engines you then see on the stern.
But these two cones are the two light pulse bolters the Tiger had.
The parts on the wingtips are the truster to improve agility and speed.
