So here's my one:

Schultz (like the fomer US Secretary for foreign affairs, just with a tz!)
Red colours mean: Warrior or martyr; Military strength and magnanimity
Silver: Peace and sincerity
If I am free to interprete, this means that I am peacekeeper but when it comes to the point of no return I fight it the military way.
Well here's the Walker family crest.
http://www.houseofnames.com/xq/asp/s.Walker/Origin.EN/sId./qx/coatofarms_details.htm
Interptation:
Silver: peace, serenity
Red: Warrior, military strength
Gold: Generosity
Ring: Fidelty
Chevron: Protection, Builder
Crescent: Honored by sovergin.
Motto: Honesta Quam Magna
Translation: How Great Are Honourable Deeds.

Interpretations for mine, "I'll Defend" is simple enough.
Silver: peace, serenity
Red: Warrior, military strength
Gold: Generosity
(from Oseng, btw where did you make those conclusions?)
My guesses:
Castles (all of them): Defense, land or perhaps permanance, legecy, or building
Stars: Eternity or permanance, perhaps honor
hey hellkite . where did u find that ? . anyways ill have a look around later ( 1 of my gran parents keeps the family crest on his wall , ill get a pic of it later )

I am upset I cannot see my last name's crest, but finding some of my middle name's crest and some of my more distant relatives was interesting.

I'd rather not give it if I cannot find the crest, may as well be careful.

Hmm, couldn't find an exact match, but this would be the root of my current surname.
