• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

The first campaign is Klingon, and its the great tribble hunt, then the second campaign is the mirror universe feds bringing the tribbles back to upset our universe, and the third is our feds going back in time and getting the RSPCA to help stop the klingons

Now your just ruined it. :lol2:

Actually the Klingon campaign is first followed by the Romulans and finally the Federation. ;)

Tribbles, tribbles, tribbles.... The trouble with tribbles is they are not a terrible trouble, they just like to multiply on the double. The Klingons don't like these fluffable, flippable, flammable, laughable, adorable, lovable tribbles...it makes their blood bubble...on the double.

There, I have it out of my system... now on to more sneak pranks...um, I mean peaks.:lol2:

Different, most (if not all) of the current projects start off with the Federation campaign, and then move on later, such as with stock, the Federation are involved in the final campaign again later.

Should be interesting the way you've set this up. Personally, if I ever get around to figuring out the single player campaign, I am only having a Federation campaign.

Yes, the story starts with the Klingons, so naturally they will have the first campaign then the Romulans when they show up and finally the Federation. Though you will find some Federation units in the Klingon campaign. Won't go anymore into that.

hmmm, this thread open again?

It was never closed.

And Syf having all work meant no new material for the mod... that is a bummer. But I will be fixing that. There is a "hopeful" deadline goal to finish up the remaining models requirements (set by myself).

So this means possible more sneak peaks coming soon to an MSFC page near you!

Yes the man is a machine when he gets going. I still have around half a dozen models still to hardpoint, most of them are Gorn stations, and I can tell you they were made back months ago.

What is hardpointing? Is it something I can assist with. Please give me something to do, I really truelly want to help the 2 of you as much as possible, within my capabilites. Maybe you can consider my Borg Designation 3 of 2 Tertiary Adjunct of Unimatrix Two-Alpha-Alpha-Two!!! :lol2:  :lol2:  :lol2:

Hardpoint deals with adding the hardpoints to the models and making them game ready. Right now Syf and I do not need assistance with the mod but thank you anyway.

I'm not going to recommend that. Hardpointing is a tedious task. The Nodes have to be exact, the child nodes have to be place precisely, or else you could have venting plasma fires in the wrong places as well as firing your phasers out of the bassard collectors. Basically, hardpointing takes lots of practice.

But thank you for your offer. I'm glad to see when someone offers to help. I would shake your hand, but they haven't yet made that technology...

We can rebuild you, make you faster, strong, leap tall building in a single bound "we have the technology" but we can't electronically shake a friends hand... 4GB memory chips the size of a dime, capable of holding 1000's of songs, pictures, etc. but we can't shake a friends hand over the internet...

So, I will textually shake your hand, Syf. *shakes hand*

Now the question comes to mind, what do the fans of the mod want to see next in the next peak at the mod?
