• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Oh, I see how it is... He makes 2 videos, and your gonna faint... I make over 200 models, and what...what do I get! Nada, zip, zilch, zero... no faintings, no cardiovascular failings, not even mention of anyone dropping brick-loads in their tighty whiteys!.:p :lol2:

Well from the sound of that, I'd have to say no... It sounds like you have a rather :yuck: interesting story to tell there.:yuck: :zipped :lol:

I can hint that I've increased the production on a certain race's war machine. We should have another nearly complete race at the end of the week.

Strike that, make that three videos. Two race specific and one general all rounder. I also got a full copy of Fraps, fully registered so now the fun really begins. *Rubs hands together*

3 videos? Great now I gotta decide which to watch first. Can you give us even a microscopic hint as to what these 3 videos entails? (*note* microscopic was only used as a adjective. If you desire to let out a bigger hint please...feel free!)

A hint hmmm.... Well, it does NOT involve the "secret" race. It does involve "Moving" pictures. It'll even have sound! I know I know... that is way too much information. Now I've probably spoiled it for you and you don't want to see it now.... right!:lol: :lol:

Okay I will let a hint out, the one and only.

Each three are different from one another. They will be released upon completion so they won't all be coming out at the same time. Sorry Tim, but you will have the watch them when they released instead of chosing which one to watch first.

Each of the three are different to one another, and the possibility of including updated small battle videos is also on the table, like the ones that are a year old that I uploaded to youtube the other day.

But for starters I am going to focus on the main three here.

I'll have you know... We are working very hard on making these. And when it's all complete, I think we'll have quite the show of things we scrapped.

So when all is said and done, we do have a lot of goodies for the fans.

We've waited, what, a year and a half now...2 years? Another week is pfft nothing to us Qs...I'll just snap my fingers, twinkle my nose, and roll my R's and I'll be in next week in .0723 nano seconds.

Well, I have a goal to finish up 3 more model meshes before tomorrow night. So, I'll be getting my rear in gear in that direction now.

EDIT: Bad news, Fraps is crashing the game on me. I had this problem the other day and thought I fixed it but obviously it has returned. I will continue to play with it over the next few days and see if I can find a solution. If not I will contact them and ask for an older version. If they refuse I will just have to ask for a refund (if they give refunds).

On a brighter note, Starfox over at A2files gave me some of his older physic files and I have them in game and they are working relatively well. :)

Well it was working yesterday, so I hope to get it working again. But for now I will focus on getting work done on the mod. :)

Yeah starfox seems to have a magic way with physics. No worries about a little extra wait for the vids, as you said you can work on the mod in the meantime :)
