The last season of Enterprise like many other shows consisted of 22 episodes. When the final episode was aired on May 13 last year in the States it was on the same night as that of the final episode of Andromeda.
Here in Australia, Andromeda is currently being shown on FOX8 at 11pm Saturdays while Enterprise will return to 9 after a break at midnight Monday August 21.
The Enterprise episode that will be shown next week is Awakening which is episode 8 of the last season. This will be on 25 hours after FOX8 begins to show the Andromeda episode So Burned the Untamed Lands which is episode 8 of its last season. This means that if there are no interruptions from now on. This means that both shows will finish their run on Australian television within a short time of each other just like when they finished in the US.
We can only wonder whether it was intentional or coincidental, 9's decision to take off Enterprise some weeks ago before putting it back next week in regard to where the last season of Andromeda is up to on FOX8.
