i made a new Romulan model for A2, its the TOS era T-3 destroyer, its designer is Meteo Ascension from the ststcsolda-Site forum
it will be up for download soon, already testing it ingame

made a rework of a klingon support ship from SFC done by a guy named Pnazergranate, its the Star Fleet Battles Klingon Civillian transport. Did stick with the dark grey textures like on the original model by Panzergranate.



and here what Panzergranate told about this:

The Klingon Civilian Transport is primarily used as a passenger carrier, though it does have some limited cargo capability. Being equiped with older technology commercial Warp engines, the vessel makes only Warp 4 (64c) cruising and Warp 4.4 at maximum.

Armament is single fore and aft arc Phaser emplacements (Ph2) for limited defence only.

This vessel design has been in service for more than a century, inside the Klingon Empire, and number in the hundreds. Also used by some Lyran clans as transports.

The Orion Pirates use any captured Klingon Civilian Transports as Slave Transports, Assault Transports (during colony raids) and for smuggling operations. The vessels are individually modified for these various roles.

You have my sincere admiration, because that kind of shapes can be very tricky to get right (the ship's main hull that is a cylonder+sphere), and you've got it flawless. It looks very good.

I guess once that part was done, the rest of the ship went faster and less complicated .

as i know how to texture such a sphere correct, the rest of the mainhull was a bit of trial and error and fitting work

I must admit while a lot of the SFC/SFB I don't like the Hydrian designs are pretty good and I like your versions even more.

here is a WIP of my newest project, the Romulans new ship from the Comic Star Trek Romulans: Schisms

the ship should be of Klingon and Romulan technology but the Klingon tech and influence seems verry rudimentary to me.
took me 8 hours to do the mesh, the pic is flat shaded to show more detail.

these are the Klingon Academy Suspicious class Frigates as remade by me, the textures are edited ones from KA and SFC2.


there are the Sensor/Science version, the battlefrigate, the Freighter/Assault frigate and a version as repair ship.

Thanx and yeah its a true freighter design not a bloody tug, like the most use for the klingons or romulans of the TOS era.

The Klingon Freighter is finished, i reworked the texture to be more early TMP/late TOS style.

All of your models look very good, which is no surprise due to your experience . But what most called my attention were the Hydran ships, they look nice and they sure seem to have a unique style (in ship shapes and not just hull colors).

Sorry, long time not been looking here and thanx Chiletrek. These Hydran ships have been inspired by the shapes of the SFB and SFC models of them.

In the last months i was verry busy in model making and have made some models for various races and eras.
There are a rework of the KA/SFC Klingon light cruiser, a Vegan Tyranny Voidsphere, a rework of th KA Federation Monitoring station, an old Shipyard and a Romulan War era Romulan U-7.

It was time that someone remade the KCL with more detail, it uses edited original textures.

The Vegan Tyranny Voidsphere is from that race which had its home on Vega IX.
The last members of that race and Empire got extinct in the 21st century of Star Trek earth.

The KA federation Monitoring Station needed a more detailed model to.

That old shipyard was inspired by various sources from the internet and should have been a Phase2 federation shipyard. I made two tetxure sets for it, one in TOS lightgrey and one in the shown brown.

My Version of the U-7 is inspired by some 3-view schematics made by somone from the STSTCSOLD&A-forum and its given stats, plus a bit of my knowledge of the Romulan war era designs.

I believe everyone here played Klingon Academy mod for A1/A2, I really liked it... Almost all ships from original game...
So, Terradyhne I have request for you, because I saw you're doing Klingons from TOS/TMP and btw excellent work ... Can you make this ship...Sorry I don't have picture from in-game of original Klingon Academy... It seems pretty interesting ship...Or if someone has seen this ship for Armada, please let me know
