• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Star Trek, What Race Would You Want to Be and Why

Well as the title implies this is the thread where you say what race you would like to be and why.

If I could be ny race it would be a cardassion.

Reasons why:

I like the physical appaerance of the cardassions because of there strong foreheads and the neck ridges. I like there idea of family being the most inportant part of there life. I like there ship designs. there clothing (discounting the officer wear) looks interesting and imaginative.
They are a very interesting race. on one hand they are power hungry, trying to prove they are the superior. where on the other hand they are deeply caring (well to each other anyway lol). it is for this reason that I like the cardassions the most.

If I could be any Trek Race, it'd have to be Romulan.

More than any other race, I find more of a comparison between myself and the Rommies. Much like them, I'm REactive instead of PROactive in my dealings with others. I also like to dig up what information I can on anything before jumping in.

Another good thing, and if I'm lying I'm cryin'...ain't sheddin' a tear here..if you don't keep your eyes on me at all time, I can pretty much disappear as quietly as a church mouse and show up later right behind you and scare the bejeesus outta ya.

Don't believe me? Ask EVERYONE who knows me personally. Plenty of years taken off of peoples' lives because of me.

And finally, I'm all for a D'deridex...

I think I'd have to go for a Cardassian or an Andorian. Both of them share simularities (in regards to honour, loyalty etc). Andor is part of the Federation, thus they've (I think) grown weaker over time, but they've still got their honour (at least, if we assume they continue to be like seen in ENT).

hmm.

well thats a hard pick. but i can limit it down to two.

1. Tholians- a Mysterious race, no one really knows what they are capable of.

2. Romulans- Same reason, there still mysterious. just a little more well known,
