• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Hello everyone,

I'd like to take a moment of your time to point out a feature that is not well used here on MSFC, and to encourage everyone to take advantage of it. It's the Social Groups. It's a Feature we added during last major update (about a year ago) to the site before this current cycle of updates.

Social groups are so you, the members, can make yourselves social circles with people that have a specific common interest. Whether it be you are a fan of a specific science fiction show, Author, video game ,or just about anything else of interest. You can use social groups to interact more directly with your fellow members that share such interests and hopefully create a bond of friendship with your fellow members.

Social groups off thread creation much like the normal forum options, but it is only found in the social group it is made in. It works mostly like the forum, just more focused.

Remember, MSFC is more than just a web site online, we are an international community. We (the staff) consider Everyone here as friends, and I hope everyone here will think and do the same.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask a staff member. If you don't see a social group you would like, you are encouraged to create one.

So come on everyone, lets get some socializing going. And remember, Live Long and prosper.
