• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

From the screenshots Avon, you've certainly outdone yourself this time, it's fantastic and will certainly become part of my personal install. :D

I just had a game and it was fun, the huge amount of ship classes and I didn't see one that could be described as a cheap kitbash of another. It really gives a feel that the Hirogen are there with you righting the Federation and Klingons. This is a stunning mod. I also like the stations, like the ships not one is a kitbash and give you the feel of building a empire of Hirogen. Nice touch on the research too, Voyager hunt, Malon hunt etc. :)

No mod ever is perfect, however it works great, I did get a crash from the point defence laser but being a modder myself I will no doubt be modding it extensively to fit in my own installs, especially my next major project I plan to do after the COE Cardassians are complete. :)

Ok, thanks Maj. I just playtested the 3 instals of the mod that I have. Cant find anything wrong with pdl, but found the crash. Somehow I missed this before.

You just need to go to your odf/special weapons folder. Find the file gshieldx and open it. Change the ordName to shieldh instead of shieldx. Everything else seems to be ok:thumbsup:
