• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Is it just me or if Filefront working like it hasn't in years? Did they after many years finally fix the page loading errors? A2F and EAWF are both working without a problem atm. I am surprised and hopeful it won't revert back to it's terrible loading status.

Test it and post here and let us all know if you experience any problems, or no problems at all.

DL sites, never had an issues with the forums personally.

Functionality has been slowly returning. I routenly check on several, including A2F, BC, LegF, EAWF, SinsF, and SFCF. Mostervery thing is working except large file upload and som of the servers still arn't updating each other. Thats why my constitution pack is still not up over there. If the mod is smaller then 100mg you can load it.

The A2F page loaded without a hitch and it is today's page. I then tried to go to a mod page and got the "file doesn't exist" error. The error did respond to repeated pressing F5 to refresh the page as usual. And once on the page I was able to D/L the mod. I hope they are moving in the right direction and continue to do so. But I think it may be too late for the Old Girl. Only 64 members listed. I have been busy picking over the mods there in hopes of saving some of them from fading out entirely. The other sites with the newer, more popular games, you know the ones where all that is required are fast reflexes and a fat wallet to buy more stuff seem to be working flawlessly, however. Curiously, the adverts have never been offline even once and always function correctly. Nice to know the corporate shills at Break Media still have their priorities in the correct order.

Lol, I've been using an ad-blocker so I never noticed. Now that I think about it, I don't think that the news section has ever had any problems either. Probably because it's shared with all parts of FF, not just A2F.

I use an ad block as well. Maybe I was just having a lucky run as both sites showed the latest work/files, however I went back later and it was back to it's normal fun and games. Oh well it was fun while it lasted.
