Hello everyone!
I've gone by Rebelmoon since the late 90's, been game modeling almost as long. Started with 3ds Max 2-3 I think, but strictly as a hobby and self taught which means my work is not professional. Even though my modeling skills have improved over the years, I still know only a fraction of what Max can do and am always looking for methods that will add to my skill for game modeling. I've also tried out a few of the less expensive modeling programs and while I use and prefer Max 8-9, I found Milkshape 3D to be the best alternative for low-cost, low-poly game modeling. I primarily model starships, tanks, futuristic military armor, etc. I've made models for Star trek Armada 1 & 2, most of the Command & Conquer series, Star Wars Empire at War, etc., and I'm currently developing a Starship Troopers mod for Star Wars: Empire at War.
Majestic sent an invitation for mod hosting etc to me at my mod's Modb page and while I still haven't made my mind up about that, (other sites have offered before, I just like having to update one time and not multiple places). I thought I'd drop by and check this place out. It looks pretty cool and hope to get by here as much as I can.
Cheers,
Rebelmoon
