Hello everyone. My name is Tommy, but my forum nick as you can see is Ares_GTRX. I used to be scripter and moder on BC files and Armada 1/2, but i stoped long time ago due to personal problems. Im big fan of Star Trek ... i cant name anything other in advance over that and Armada 1 and STBC are top of my list.

I want to start some old project, and some of the new projects also since the Armada 3 is out, and there is aloot of cool ships. Im looking for a way to convert new ships from A3 to A1 ( i like A1 more since that one lighted the spark and inspired me to learn all the thing to mod and create something new and fun to share with S.T. fans ).

Hey mate welcome to MSFC. By Armada 3 are you referring to the Sins mod? I think some o there models may be too high poly for A1 but FO-A2 should be able to handle them.

And ye majestic, those by Sins mode. Armada 3 is not bad, just the size of the map is ridicilous and the battle control kinda fails for me. Im not that satisfied with it.

Yeah I am not a fan of Sins, same with Homwworld I much prefer the EAW and A2 style of play. Though EAW maps feel too small.
