• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

Wow, neat work. I especially like the multitude of Connies in that one pic. There are very few ships that manage to warm my heart more than the classic starship Enterprise. No frakking A, B, C or D. :)

I have to admit though, I stared at the last one for, like, ten seconds before my brain went "Wait. What?"

Yes, the Connie fleet was pretty cool. I like seeing the Koerner and Martin Enterprises getting some appreciation, too.

You have a very nice Blockade Runner, too. I wouldn't mind seeing some more shots of that.

Oh yes, seconded. Still one of my absolute favorite designs from the classic trilogy.

I also saw that you have a dA account. I quickly hopped onto mine and followed you. I don't really use it anymore, but I still check in every now and then to see the new works people put up.

Nice to see a Halo image. I really liked the Bungie Halo era.

So do I. It was the first "first person shooter" that I really enjoyed.

They were the most unusual things I had in my runtime. :) With a little liting magic, the became exotic and "new".

Yeah, they certainly do. And the Enterprise-G looks exotic enough to fit right into that picture. Which ship class is that, by the way? I'm not familiar with the design.

It the Perception Class, desinged by ChroniclesofMan at DA. I found the model at Scifi-Meshes before the download area was removed. Been playing with it for a while trying to get the textures to work, and finally got it after losing the model for a couple of years.

I think Goldeneye 007 on the N64 was mine, on wait it was Wolfenstien 3D on the PC back in the early 90's. I played that game to death.

Perfect Dark for me. I thought that paintball mode was a lot of fun.

Here come a couple more. First up, a side by side image of my newest version of the STX next to her predecessor:
Two Ships Out Of Thier Time.png

And here is the New STX-1701-H kicking a little ass with some help from her firends:
The Battle Of Tau Dewa III - Convergence Wars 1a.png

Everythinhg but the explosions were done in render, but i have to admit to a little photoshopping, which I try and do very little. :)

thanks. The STX has gone through an evoution of sorts as I learn more about 3d modelling. :) So she has changed a lot in the past few years.

Her is a few shots for scale of the STX, Her current look, and the evolution of the design. :

I have been in that process several times, when I tried to design a ship.It can be sometimes frustrating.
