Found out at the Doctor Who Forum that the second audio season of the the Eighth Doctor New Adventures from Big Finish will start on BBC7 on Sunday October 19.

Starring Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor and Sheridan Smith as Lucie Miller.

The second season of the Eighth Doctor New Adventures have just begun with the first episode Dead London:
BBC - BBC Radio 7 Programmes - Doctor Who, Dead London

It is available until next week when the next episode will be broadcast and so on.

Unfortunately Big Finish's John Ainsworth has posted at the Doctor Who Forum saying that only the first six of the eight episodes have been purchased by BBC7 for broadcast meaning that they will not broadcasting the last two episodes Sisters of the Flame & The Vengeance of Morbius. I found this disappointing as these two episodes guest stars the first Star Trek regular to ever appear in Doctor Who - Alexander Siddig - and I had been looking forward to them.

Here's my preliminary remarks about Dead London before I make a formal reply about it - it is utterly disappointing. Hopefully the rest of the season is better than this.
