Does anyone know Jemezu24?

Hey, it's been years I last posted anything on this site, but I'm still a somewhat active modder.
Recently I had a weird run-in with a guy (gal?) named Jemezu24 (or USSJasmie). It's all foggy and mostly about using models without consent, which may force me to release any new part of my mod here instead on ModDB.

Anyway (s)he claims that he knows someone from here who helps him (her) with hardpoints and textures. If this is true, could you please answer a few question for me? I just want to see clear in this issue...

If I recall correctly USSJasmie was one of the more recent aliases for our old friend Jetnova... Jemezu24 also sounds familiar in that sort of context. He's very persistent and has been known to contact people on the likes of ModDB or Deviant Art - he even tried to get models out of me through Shapeways.

I've been watching over there k_merse and it's his MO. I'm not sure if it's a multiple personality disorder or what? But he creates people in his mind, assigns them personalities, profiles, etc then that new creation comes to the scene and becomes part of the charade or he just assumes that identity outright and proceeds from there.

Short of legal action there is no reasoning with him. He has and will continue to steal other work. I just sent you my email correspondence with him back in 2014. As you can tell it's all worded the same as his posts on his site and over at FO: He knows judges and law, claims they made special amendments just for star trek mods which he claims makes them legal free use etc, etc. Check that link I sent you from back in the day with Jetnova. Again, all his posts sound the same and are structured the same.

Yes, USSJasmine is another alias of our old acquaintance Jetnova. He registered here under this username a while ago, and was banned almost immediately because he's really bad at actually pretending to be someone else.

As far as I'm concerned, there's no point in talking to the guy. It's been ten years since he first showed up at the old A2Files forums, and despite many attempts to get him to calm down and behave civilly, he has never learned anything from it.

If you feel unsafe about uploading your work to a website that Jetnova (or other mod thieves) can access, you're welcome to use our resources section. I don't know anybody here who helps Jetnova, and if someone was discovered to be sharing content from here with him then that person would get into a *lot* of trouble with us.

Hey K_merse, good to see you around these parts as well.

Although I do not have any experience with the aforementioned Jetnova (Probably for the best) I have read quite many remarks concerning his history, one of which is his penchant to use other names in sites that he has been banned and getting his hands on other peoples' work.

My experience in moddb is limited, your mod's page is one of the few that I visit, but I confidently endorse the community and integrity of the folks here, whatever that might be worth to you. If you feel you want your hard work in a more secure location with people that will actually look out for your interests, bring them on over. Maj and the gang are aces.

Thanks for the offer, I'm dicing back and forth about bringing the mod here. I know it's a secure location but what's a blessing is also a curse, because it's so secure that many casual players wouldn't be able to try it.

I know what K_merse means, because sometimes random people would like to try something different without having to belong to any community at all. But I also understand there are Jetnovas out there wanting to steal things, I know because it has happened to me too.

Also, before I forget, there was even a meme shwing how Jetnova even made the people of France his enemies
