• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Kylie Minogue is great as Astrid. It is too bad that she gets killed off.
Despite the name of the ship being called Titantic it felt more like The Poseidon Adventure (from what I read Russell T Davies in the podcast for this episode stated that The Poseidon Adventure was an influence on the general plot).
Also I found the episode to be like the season 14 serial Robots of Death (1977) since both stories have robots killing off people.
Clive Swift is very good as Mr Copper certainly better than when he was Jobel in the season 22 serial Revelation of the Daleks (1985) and also the Doctor's line about being himself.
Funny when Bannakaffalatta refused to be called Banna by the Doctor. Also funny when the Doctor squandered the number of questions that he asked the hosts and when Frame says his first name is Allonso. (Anyone remembers the dialogue in Army of Ghosts would know why this is funny.)
Quite surprised to see the teleport bracelets as they looked suspiciously like the ones in Blake's 7.
A very good dedication at the end to Verity Lambert, Doctor Who's first producer who passed away in November last year a month before Voyage of the Damned's UK broadcast.

On the DVD, when the Doctor meets Max Capricorn his joke about Max and business was read on the subtitles as Max "getting ahead in business".

Since Max exist as a head on a machine the subtitle got it wrong as it should have been "a head" not "ahead". "ahead" in that context does not look funny when reading it.
