• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. Here is a heads-up:
If you saw the end of Collectors last night on the ABC in its preview for next week you would know that there is another collection of Doctor Who in its next program on Friday July 28 8pm.

For those you didn't see it what was shown included a black Dalek, a Tom Baker toy and the sonic screwdriver from the new series. Also shown but not Doctor Who was Vicky Pollard dolls from Little Britain.

Saw a trailer of it prior to the 7pm news last night and it looked really good. Definitely look forward to it.

Amazing the Dalek got $8000 at the auction.
Edwin has a very impressive collection you have there and I am sure Big Finish would be pleased that he name dropped them in a mainstream program. Nice picture of him and his brother with Tom.
I recognised the TARDIS key immediately. How many people in the street were asked what it was and yet none of them (at least from what we saw) noticed the Doctor Who BBC imprint on it which Nicole Warren noticed.
Liked Gordon Brown's piece about the watches and being in that clock tower.
Enjoyed Adrian Franklin's TV Merchandise piece which in addition to Doctor Who also showed stuff from Buffy & Little Britain.
Wasn't really sure it was a good idea to incorporate Mark Damon's segment from last year into this edition.

My uncle has a Dalek he made himself out of metal and looks better than the fiberglass Dalek shown on this program last night. The fiberglass Darlek sold for $8000 so his would easily sell for double that due to a number of reasons:

1. It actually moves, not just the head and body but the weapons too. Its powered by a car 12v battery.

2. It has a microphone that you speak into and translates your voice into Dalek.
