• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Are you sure about that? I was told yesterday, that it is on tonight (Monday) at 8pm, on Sky 1.

so

i made that post ages ago and it was the 24th lol america officially gets it l8tr this month or next month as the people behind the film producers makers distributers and who eva is inchearge of it decided it whent to skyone coz well skyone has heaps of money and we all should know money goes along way if any one in america has allredy watched it your tv service provider has done a bad thing a verry bad thing and austrailia gets it after england then america i should know i have familie living in america and australia and thy are jealous that england gets it first that and thiers more stargate fans in england than america every where i went the last cupple of months liverpool london chester warington and so on all i herd was oh did you hear the stargate movie is on skyone soon and thats the truth and my uncle works for sky and he says the england gets it first. and thier must be more fans than in america coz he says on tuesdays whe atlantis was on thier was a huge increase in skyone viewers. also england geting it first was on bbc newsand sky news

I stand by this and nout can chainge my mind i mean it:p:p:p

Oh really? Then why is it sitting on my DVD shelf? Hmmm? Why did I buy it in Wal-Mart on the 11th of THIS month if it's not out until NEXT month? OWNED.:lol:

Oh, and thanks for reminding me that it's the 24th yesterday... I need to go pick up my copy of C&C3: Kane's Wrath...

wall mart is known to bend the rules to suit its needs thiers a wall marn i went to in calafornia when i was on holiday it had games and dvd that wernt released yet in england and america and the dvd of the film was released yeh but im talking about on the cinima coz my local cinima is showing it now and its on tell i was no where near talking about dvds befor duh

It was on sky one and my mum recorded it for me, going to watch it over the weekend (ive been away in the lake district all week)

My DVD of "The Ark of Truth" came yesterday, and I must say I loved it. :excited:

I think The Ark of Truth was a good movie, and it wrapped up the Ori Storyline pretty well, though I think Continium will be one hell of a lot better, personally.

What is interesting to note now though, is
The Ark is being 'studied' at Area 51. This could make for a new movie at some point. We know that there are people who would use the Ark for their own purpose, would make a movie out of it if done correctly, even though I personally wouldn't want one.

I watched teh leaked version and liked it, watched it again when it was aon Sky one and loved it.

gna get the dvd soon with any luck.

All I know is that I rented it and decided while good... it wasn't worth the $20 to buy it. Hopefully Continuum will be worth shelling out for.

I've been generally displeased with the state of SG-1 the last couple seasons.

Last week saw the Ark of Truth with a group of people and the DVD included a small ad for the next DVD movie Continuum which has been advertised for released in Summer 2008 meaning a release this December.

As for Ark of Truth itself I quite enjoyed it. It was definitely better than Battlestar Galactica: Razor which we saw immediately beforehand.

The Ark of Truth got a small review by Andrew Mercado in yesterday Sydney Sunday Telegraph in which he gave it three stars with a "Must see" label.

I have since been corrected on this as Summer 2008 refers to North American with a Region 1 release in July. The Australian release should be shortly sometime afterwards.
