• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. Here's some of my art that I have done... Enjoy!

I have attached the images to this post so you could see them in a decent size. they are taken with my iPhone and I have uploaded them to the computer that way as they are all in frames. I will upload my fairy drawing when I can get a pic of it.

Those are amazing! Personally, I think that the second one would make for some great nose art.

Those are good.

Well, if she's got more than zero she beats me! :lol2:

Thanks! I never thought of the first two being a sort of comic book styles

Lol. Believe it or not, the only thing I own that's even remotely close to a comic book is the graphic novel version of Twilight. I own tons of regular books though. And I know the difference between anime and comics and end up correcting people when they call an American version comic an anime and visc versa.

Thanks everyone! I have more to post, just gotta dig through things to find them all.

alll i have to say is.... *insert profanity word that i will not say* edward..... don't like him. and bella, don't get me started on kristen stewart. i like Alice Cullen, Jasper, and Jacob. Also like the Volturi. I read the books though before New Moon came out in theaters so yeah... and Edward is suppose to have long hair but Patterson didn't like the extensions so he had them rip them out after one day! and honestly, Taylor Lautner is a way better actor than robert will ever be.

I also watch True Blood but haven't read the books even though I have book 1. My bookshelf has other various vampire books along with witch books.

I'm just not one for graphic novels or comics or anime.

anyways, gotta get ready for work.

Sorry, but if I am going to go with vampires who are hip and cool and all that I have to go with my all time favorite - Lestat. When one wants cool undead, one should stay with the one who made the undead cool in the first place.

No, Z. Not Twilight. The Anne Rice novels. Interview with a Vampire, The Tale of the Body Thief, Queen of the D***ed. Lestat is the original modern cool vampire. Twilight is BH90210 with fangs. Angst ridden teenage vampires. Yuck! Gimme a real creature of the dark any day. Like Nosferatu. Besides, everything which occurs in Twilight is actually Bella's fault. Because she is so very self centered she is totally blind to the needs and wishes of others.

I have to disagree with you on that his Name starts with a D not a L my Friend

I speek of the "son of the Dragon" Vampire Count Dracula in Bram Stoker's 1897 novel Dracula

** Not the real life Vlad III "the Impaler" Voivode of Wallachia, ruling mainly from 1456 to 1462. I would not wish to slur Romanian Historical personage" **

Edward, Jacob and Bella can never reach the plateau of hip coolness which Lestat set back in the Eighties. When you're portrayed by Tom Cruise in a very poorly done film and you still don't have any Cool Points deducted from your score, you have set a new standard for cool, rofl.

@HK - One word. Traditionalist.

alot of people do. I don't draw as much as I should to keep up the talent, but I am entering (hopefully) three of my drawings into the county fair this year. Figured if I'm gonna win, I should try and win across the board.

The dragon pic, sorry to say, reminds me of a "true" Raptor, aka: "V. mongoliensis / V. osmolskae", rather than a common "Dragon" per say. Possibly an ancestor of sorts, definitly a type of "Theropoda". But non-the-less, it is still a nice drawing.:thumbsup:

*starts poking Syf in the forehead violently* You are mean! I hate raptors... Yes, this girl actually used to think that dinosaurs would come out of darkness and eat her. Raptors are the ones I hate big time.

I worked hard on that Dragon. Took me 3 hours to get to the stage of the drawing that I posted. That pic wasn't even the finished version. It took another hour to darken everything right and add a little more detail.

*Countinues to poke Syf in the forehead for the fun of it*

Oh, you could join up with Randall Munroe, the man behind xkcd. He still thinks that evasion of a raptor attack should be taught at school. :lol2:

You should really read his webcomic, it's awesome. Often mathematically based, but it has a lot of stuff that everyone can understand. And it has raptor jokes. :p
