Charmed (Warning: May contain some spoilers)

Alright, anyone here, besides myself, a fan of this magical (no pun intended, lol) series?

I have watched it enough to know what was going on with it. I got many friends and family that watch it religiously.

So, do you like the original Charmed trio or the new one after the fourth sister showed up better?

That is hard to say. Both trios had thier advantages. To bad they could not have had all 4 on there at the same time.

Well, with all the time traveling they did, they could have and we might have just not seen that particular episode yet. Let alone all the summoning of temporarily bringing ghosts into the world of the living again and again.

Here in the US the series is finished. They still show it all the time but there is no more new episodes.

I'm in the US as well, but I've only recently started watching them again. Last time, I just didn't get into it beyond a couple episodes.

Ok. I got some friends that wake up early just to watch the show.

I use my DVR to record them. Though I'm usually awake at that time, I'm either doing something besides television, watching another channel, or watching and/or erasing another recording.

I wouldn't say I was a proper fan, but during holidays I used to watch it with my mum while having lunch and it was quite good I thought, although the problem I find with programs like it is the plots get so complicated.

Considering the last season ended only a few years ago, it still is an entertaining and enjoyable show.

To be honest, I could probably name, in order, the chief enemy(ies) they had to face each season or so.

So, on a scale of 1 to 10, how would both of you rate yourselves in knowledge of the Charmed canon?

My sister/mum are complete addicts of the show (they own all the DVDs barring I think the last one or two seasons), so whenever I visit my Mum I always end up watching the show. Aside from skipping a lot of episodes due to Mum/Sister preference I pretty much know whats going on with the show. It's not too bad, but I prefer Sci-Fi.

I'd say about a 2, I didn't watch much of it, and that I did watch was a good while ago, I can't even remember the names of the main characters. I know of course it's about 3 sisters, and eldest one dies, another comes along, and then there's some that get married and such. Oh, and all of them have magical powers, did I mention that? Otherwise it's all over my head.

I would have to guess my knowledge is atleast a 7 or 8. I did not personally get into it but had family members who did. I am normally the mobil library that my family uses to remember anything and everything. So, I pretty much remember everything they ever said about the show and from the episodes I have seen.

Actually my kids and I are avid fans of charmed. As far as which trio set is the best...they equal out. My knowledge I rate high like a 8 or 9.

I am a big fan of the show...all seasons are awesome....Piper is my favorite...I would rate myself probably a 9 or 10...lol

My wife was a huge fan. Never missed an episode if she could help it. So I purchased the deluxe boxed set of the entire series for her. Watched enough to now what was going on and whom was whom. Well written. A tad complicated sometimes but always entertaining.

Dad bought mum a collector's edition in a purple velvet box when they spent their first christmas together & I have watched the entire series with my mum a few times now, I love Piper, she is so awesome.
